18 out of 26 packs of chocolate malted milks in my order were stale upon arrival. this is my second time ordering this item from british essentials & so i can therefore tell the clear difference between the items i received this time vs my previous order. this seems to be a recurring theme with the products sold here. no one likes to raise an issue with an online delivery EVERY. SINGLE. TIME but my items have been arriving with either faulty, opened packaging and/or literally PAST the expiry date. i’m honestly really fed up at this point. finally thought i’d found the perfect online british supermarket that doesn’t break the bank yet this is & will be the experience you get.
